Sales Representative
The Sales Representative role plays a key part in driving sales, revenue, and gross profit of our road logistics offerings. This includes fostering strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to meet growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and identify new customers through cold calls, networking activities, and referrals.
* Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring regular follow-ups are conducted.
* Represent operational reviews with customers, driving excellent customer satisfaction.
* Support process mapping, handle trial shipments, and implement solutions.
* Collaborate with other managers and departments to increase cross-selling activities and success.
* Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with customers, monitor operations, sales performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
