Qualifications
* Hold a current QBCC licence/registration as a Building Certifier. Level 3, Level 2 or Level 1 certifiers are all acceptable.
* Technical knowledge in Residential approvals and understanding of building codes and regulations.
* Solid skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
* Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction to deliver value-driven solutions and build skilled relationships.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.
* Relevant qualifications in Building Certification.
* Previous experience in building certification, approvals, or a closely related role is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using digital tools and software for documentation and compliance purposes.
