**Right at Home Perth West Coast & Perth Northern Suburbs** provide a range of care services to assist with people living independently at home. Our dedicated care team support clients at home and in the community 24/7 across various shifts using a unique and internationally recognised system of delivering care that is focused on consumer directed care. The successful applicant will be assisting with the following
- Handling of incoming calls in a professional manner
- Dealing with a range of disabled, seniors and frail elderly customers and their families on a daily basis, handling anything from information requests, feedback, general care enquiries to complaints.
- General day to day administration of the office
- Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and/or take appropriate follow-up action
- Scheduling, planning and organising care worker workloads to meet both customer and business needs in alingment with the SCHADS award
- Review refine and improve introduced rosters whilst maintaining client budgets
- Assist in roster day to day urgent situations as they arise in a timely manner
- Resolve issues and problem solve in a fast paced environment to meet client/business needs
- Work within deadlines
- Maintaing office equipment, including stationary, staff amenities
- Be part of the oncall team roster to receive sick calls
- Become a brand ambassador of our core values

**Qualifications**
Relevant experience within the field
- Relevant office administrative qualification
- Understanding of the SCHADS award, HCP and NDIS structure highly desirable however not essential
- Certificate within home and community care (Aged or Disability) or similar desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills - mandatory
- Good communication skill and telephone etiquette
- English language proficient
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience using a client information management system, highly desirable Visual Care
- Systems and process orientated
- Previous experience scheduling/matching care workers to clients within their home
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to develop/implement and evaluate organisational and client focused documentation and systems.
- Ability to create and promote a positive and supportive culture where everyone is valued
- Ability to problem solve, work within deadlines and think outside the box
