An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW. This is a permanent, full-time role working with The Fresh Collective, a leading and award-winning hospitality group. Your Role 
Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all events 
Lead and run your assigned section efficiently during busy service 
Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in ensuring smooth event execution 
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and quality 
Adapt menus in collaboration with senior chefs to reflect current Gallery exhibitions 
Actively participate in the setup and breakdown of events 
Step up to assist in kitchen leadership during senior chefs’ absence 
About You 
Minimum 2 years’ experience as CDP or equivalent in a high-volume, premium catering or fine dining environment 
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence 
Thrives under pressure and brings energy and enthusiasm to service 
Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain consistency during high-volume events 
Valid Australian working rights (citizenship, residency or full working visa)
