**What success looks like as our Wholesale Account Manager;**:
- Sales Revenue: Ensuring Sales targets per customer are met
- Customer Satisfaction: Including communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills.
- Order Administration: Orders are efficiently and accurately collected, entered and maintained
- Production Management: Oversee production of all wholesale orders ensuring on time completion
- Gross Margin: Ensure Wholesale Margin targets are met, and accurate sales records are kept
- Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with internal Supply Chain and Logistics and customer supply chain to ensure smooth delivery of goods
- Supplier Communication: Ongoing communication with suppliers regarding wholesale orders
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong fashion wholesale experience is a must, International experience a bonus
- 3- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment & be adaptable to moving parts
- Production Coordination experience, communicating with suppliers, and managing timelines
- Negotiation and analytical skills
- Commercially minded
- Ability to build relationships & networks
- Availability to travel regularly
- Able to work across global time zones when needed
