**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Build rapport and provide advice and support to customers in response to enquiries.
- Investigating and overcoming customers' reasons for wanting to cancel their service/s.
- Sign onto the queues and assist our Customer Service Team when/if necessary for overflow support.
- Listening and understanding customer concerns and developing solutions while managing through to a resolution.
- Ability to think innovatively and challenge existing norms to solve complex problems and achieve a goal.
