Role Overview
A Personal Banking Advisor at West Pacific helps customers with banking needs, offers tailored advice and solutions for opening accounts, managing finances, and providing guidance on West Pacific's products and services. The role is customer‐focused, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive banking experience.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with opening accounts, managing finances and providing guidance on West Pacific products and services.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
* Meet and exceed KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Adapt to a dynamic, fast‐paced environment with a variety of daily tasks.
* Work shifts covering 36 hours across Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
To succeed, you should thrive in a dynamic environment, have proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets, possess strong communication, time‐management skills, and a passion for building and maintaining relationships. Willingness to learn and grow professionally is essential.
