About the role:

This is a dynamic role where you’ll be across customer experience, community, and content creation. From managing customer interactions via email or socials, to supporting our Smile School program and community events, you’ll help bring Hismile to life both online and in person.

You’ll also work with our content team to film organic and advertising content, while keeping up with trends. Confidence in front of the camera and a willingness to jump into a variety of tasks are a must. If you’re adaptable, creative, and community minded, this role is for you.

About the Team:

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Experience – Email, social, reviews, disputes
* Community - Smile school program & community members
* Content - Filming organic & advertising content, working with the content/marking team on trends

Skills:

* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate business operations and experiences within the organization
* Assist with planning and executing events and programs
* Manage communication with clients, partners, and customers
* Maintain accurate records of all business activities
* Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
* Knowledge of social care industry is a plus
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Confidence in filming content (no editing skills required)
