SITE ENGINEER
to join their superb WA team.
About the Role
As a
SITE ENGINEER
you will be working on a 2/1 FIFO roster ex Perth on a civil earthworks, concrete and drainage project for a global miner on WA's north west coast. The scope of works involves building a new stockyard area for a new iron ore reclaimer. You will support the Senior Project Engineer and help provide guidance on technical queries for the construction delivery team, help manage sub-contractors, monitor progress, and maintain QA records and documentation.
On offer for the successful
SITE ENGINEER
will be a tremendous remuneration package CIRCA $110K Base + 40% site uplift & Super, pending your existing level of experience. This role will suit a civil SITE ENGINEER with 2-3 years of experience preferably working for civil contractors in Australia on remote minesite infrastructure projects.
Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction/Project Management
Approximately 2-3 years' of site construction experience as
SITE ENGINEER
or PROJECT ENGINEER for Civil Contractors in Australia
Experience on bulk or detailed earthworks (ie. embankments, rail formation, haul/access roads) and/or drainage scopes of work for mine site infrastructure or industrial developments
Previous exposure working on FIFO basis preferred, and current ability to undertake 2/1 FIFO
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Available within 4 weeks' notice
Currently based in Perth/Western Australia with existing work rights
