Your new role
We are looking for a one casual car park patrol officer to work in and patrol our properties in Tasmania (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm)
The primary duties of the role will include (but not be limited to)
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Ensure all car park services, guidelines and processes are adhered to
* Preventative and reactive Maintenance of Automatic Parking Equipment including Pay Stations and/or Parking Meters (training provided)
* Patrolling of various car parks and issue of Payment Notices for Non Compliance of Parking Conditions
* Maintaining a safe, clean and hazard free environment including cleaning of Car Parks Enforce parking in line with the relevant Road Rule Legislation
* Maintain assigned equipment and supplies such as but not limited to PDA's, Infringment Printer, PPE and Patrol Vehicle
* Report any issue with company vehicle
* Complete forms and reports as necessary
* Assist members of the public with any queries regarding machine use and parking conditions
* Various other duties on sites in line with your skills and experience
What you'll need to succeed
* Must have Open Australian Drivers Licence with a good driving record.
* High level communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
* Be eligible to work in Australia.
* Flexibility to work various hours.
* Possess a key eye for detail and following processes.
* Be a trustworthy, reliable and punctual.
* Demonstrate basic computer literacy.
* With Car Parking Enforcement Experience.
