 5. Key Responsibilities:

 1. Triage helpdesk requests and allocate jobs to contractors and facilities managers.

 2. Monitor progress of open work orders to ensure timely completion.

 3. Review SWMS and escalate non-compliance.
 ">
 4. Manage contractor compliance documents and track key dates.
 ">
 5. Upload and maintain essential risk and operational documents.
 ">
