Kelly's Bakery, Café & Bakehouse, Korumburra is a South Gippsland icon and a favourite destination for locals and travellers alike. Family-owned, community-focused and operating seven days a week, we bake fresh bread, award-winning pies, and mouth-watering sweet treats in our fully equipped bakehouse. We are excited to have a new opening for an experienced Baker within our bakehouse team.
The ‘Rolls’:
Qualified/Experienced Baker
* Certificate III in Baking preferred but not essential.
* Minimum two years’ experience.
* Strong understanding of Bakehouse production schedules.
* Compliance and understanding of food safety policies and procedures (HACCP).
* Award Rate + 5%
Baker's Assistant
* Experience preferred but not essential.
* A strong desire to learn a must!
* We are happy to train an enthusiastic and ‘unproven’ applicant.
* Award Rate + 5%
