Learning and Development Leader
We are seeking a strategic Learning & Development professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide learning experiences that drive performance and support a culture of continuous learning.
* Develop and execute an enterprise-wide learning strategy that aligns with business priorities
* Design and deliver impactful learning programs that meet business objectives
* Optimize our LMS, ensuring content is current, accessible, and engaging for all stakeholders
* Oversee compliance and mandatory training, ensuring adherence to legal and internal standards
* Design structured onboarding experiences that drive early engagement and performance
* Use data-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes and inform future strategies
* Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to co-design innovative learning solutions
* Coach and develop a high-performing team of learning professionals
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end learning consulting and instructional design, proficiency in LMS administration (e.g., Articulate) and AI-enhanced learning tools, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and a track record of leading high-performing teams. A relevant degree in HR, Business, or Education is highly desirable.
