Offer description

We are seeking an experienced Document Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of corporate, operational, and technical documentation.


Key Responsibilities

* Develops and implements document production plans in accordance with established standards.
* Converts documents to various formats using style guides and technical publications best practices.
* Evaluates and publishes corporate, operational, and technical documentation in both paper and electronic formats.
* Maintains revision control through mechanisms including revision numbers, change highlights, and markup.


Document Management

* Administers libraries of corporate, operational, and technical documents in compliance with policies and standard operating procedures.
* Manages distribution lists and associated processes and registration records.
* Conducts audits to ensure proper change markup, link functionality, and search functionality.


Administrative Support

* Provides administrative support to the General Manager on an as-needed basis.
* Undertakes project management tasks as required.

To succeed in this role, you must possess superior computer skills, experience in design, format, production, distribution, and control of publications, and knowledge of content management systems.
