About The Role

We're seeking a Manager for our Business Services & Advice team in Adelaide. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands‐on advisory work with team leadership and portfolio management.

What you'll be doing
* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering tailored accounting, tax and business advisory solutions.
* Building lasting, trusted relationships grounded in authenticity and responsiveness.
* Providing insightful commercial guidance to support growth, sustainability and strategic decision‐making.
* Leading, mentoring and developing a team of emerging professionals, helping them grow their capability and confidence.
* Reviewing complex work, providing clarity and guidance to your team, and ensuring quality outcomes.
* Contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice through networking and involvement in new opportunities.
* Working collaboratively across our service lines to deliver cohesive advisory services.
What You Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
* CA/CPA qualification.
* Strong experience in business services and advisory in an Accounting firm.
* The ability to communicate clearly, build trust and deliver practical, commercially sound advice.
* A leadership style that encourages, supports and empowers.
* A genuine commitment to elevating both client outcomes and team performance.
