We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Performance Media Buyer to join our team. The Performance Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on driving performance and delivering measurable outcomes for brand. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance-driven digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Display Advertising, and other relevant platforms.
Utilize advanced targeting capabilities and audience segmentation strategies to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives and KPIs, such as sales, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct thorough campaign analysis and performance monitoring, utilizing data analytics tools and platforms to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.Implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of advertising strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital media buying, with a focus on performance marketing and direct response advertising.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Excel) to track and measure campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Google Ads certification and oth-er relevant certifications are a plus.
