What you'll be doing:
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead by example, delivering great customer service and team engagement
Take a hands-on role in store operations, merchandising, and maintaining high standards
Complete store processes each shift—serving customers, processing stock, tidying and the store, and ensuring everything is ready for trade
Lead by example in every task, setting the tone for teamwork, pace, and pride in presentation
Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment
Learn to coach and support team members, building capability and confidence
What you bring:
