The Role:
The role is full time based at the Mersey Community Hospital. It is central to the management and coordination of the office of the NDO which provides operational management of the Hospital and direct line management to the Nurse Management team. The role is frontline for Executive support and assisting visiting managers/Executive as required.
You will need:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Excellent coordination and time management skills along with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Knowledge and experience in a range of software including Microsoft Office applications
* Knowledge of Tasmanian Health Service systems and processes will be highly regarded
Details of appointment:
Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join the team 24 April 2026.
