About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Sales Representative & Admin Assistant to join our showroom team. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in driving showroom sales, providing knowledgeable product advice, and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly day to day. You'll also support our Managing Director with administrative and personal assistant duties, helping keep client communication, quoting, and appointments on track.
No two days are the same—this role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with a business that's continuing to expand.
Please note: Our showroom operates Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays being a half day (closing at 1:00pm). You will receive one weekday off each week in lieu.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive showroom sales through excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and proactive follow-ups
* Engage with customers in-store and over the phone, assisting them with product selections and enquiries
* Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring the space is organised, well presented, and adequately stocked
* Provide administrative and personal assistant support to the Managing Director, including:
* Managing schedules and coordinating appointments
* Preparing, issuing, and following up on quotes
* Responding to client enquiries and ongoing communication
* Answering calls and emails while the Director is in meetings
* Liaise with suppliers, trades, and clients to help keep projects and orders moving smoothly

About You
* Experience in retail, administration, or an interiors-related role is advantageous but not essential
* Highly organised, dependable, and confident managing multiple tasks at once
* Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
* Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
* An interest in interiors or design, with a good eye for detail
