You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, overseeing inventory and ordering, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and leading a team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
About the Role
* You will manage daily parts operations, including interpreting parts requirements and supporting the service team in resolving complex mechanical issues.
* You will oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving freight, stocktakes, and data accuracy to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
* You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading and developing a high-performing parts team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Collaborating with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer solutions.
* Managing and maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and customer interactions to drive business intelligence and decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering results-driven performance improvements.
* Strong technical knowledge of parts and mechanical systems, or equivalent experience in a workshop or mechanical environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
