Known for their detail driven approach, end-to-end project involvement, and commitment to innovation, they’ve established themselves as a trusted name in the built environment.Combining the commercial rigor of a professional development group with the care and values of a family run business, they offer a fast paced, hands-on environment where emerging property professionals can learn, contribute, and grow their careers.The OpportunityAs the business continues to expand its portfolio of active developments, they’re looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery team across all phases of live projects.Working closely with the General Manager and project delivery leads, this is an ideal role for someone looking to advance their career in development, and gain structured exposure to full project lifecycle responsibilities from feasibility and design coordination through to construction, sales, and project closeout.The RoleYour Day-to-day Responsibilities Will IncludeAssisting in project reporting, including monthly progress updates, financial tracking, and defect managementSupporting document control across design, RFIs, non-conformances, and instruction registersHelping manage stakeholder communication and tracking critical dependencies across project functionsSupporting procurement tasks including quote comparisons, contract documentation and tender pack preparationSite inspection support, defect tracking, and liaison with builders and consultantsAssisting in financial and feasibility modelling, EOT assessment, and program trackingContract administration support, including processing claims, variations, and contract close-outContributing to internal sales and marketing functions including display suite management, collateral coordination, and website/LinkedIn updatesAbout YouA degree (or near completion) in Construction Management, Property, Architecture or similar1-3 years’ experience in a project coordination or assistant PM role within construction, development or consultancyHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-throughConfident communicator who enjoys working across a range of stakeholdersCurious and driven.
