About the Role
As Junior Receptionist you will carry out a number of administration tasks varying from answering phones, word processing, answering customer enquiries and maintaining a hygienic office environment.
In this dynamic and integral role you will be focusing on:
Answering Phones - transferring internally to New Touch staff and taking messages
Meet and Greet all visitors
Filing
Data entry - assisting the sales team
Printing and collating orders, quotes as required
Assisting management
House keeping - helping to keep the sales office clean, neat and tidy
Customer service and responding to customer needs
You will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating confidence, strong personal presentation skills and the ability to liaise at high levels
Outstanding organisational skills and a strong ability to prioritise competing demands
Strong attention to detail and proactive
Initiative and drive and mature intrapersonal skills
Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, with other skills also considered favorably
Most of all have must a great sense of humour and pride in being the best at what you do
