Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused ServiceNow Analyst to join our team's high-quality support and system administration services. This role will maintain and support the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day ServiceNow system administration and platform support
* Deliver support services, including call taking, incident management, and user engagement
* Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues effectively
* Engage directly with end users to understand and resolve technical concerns
* Contribute to ongoing improvements of ServiceNow functionality and support processes
* Work within defined scope of works and proposal briefs to deliver required outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
* ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) – essential
* Proven ServiceNow system administration experience
* Strong support experience working with ServiceNow applications
* Demonstrated ability to provide end‐user support in a service desk or IT support environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast‐paced support environment

* Willingness to perform call taking and actively engage with end users
* Strong support‐oriented mindset with excellent soft skills
* Must be willing and eligible to undergo a security clearance process
