We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Air Combat and Electronic Attack Program team at RAAF Amberley. Your mission will be to manage projects that enhance the capabilities of Defence's F/A-18 Super Hornet and EA-18 Growler Fleet.

Main Responsibilities
">
* Ensure all project goals are achieved, and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
* Maintain and improve customer/client satisfaction.
* Plan, control, and report on projects.
* Manage project risks and issues.
* Coordinate project deliverables as per requirements.
* Provide key communication and stakeholder management for assigned projects.

About You
">
To succeed in this role, you will need:
">
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
* Demonstrated skills in financial cost control using earned value principles.
* Proven understanding of the defence environment, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in Project Management and/or engineering on Defence sustainment support projects.
* Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance.
* Proven experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
