About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager – Victoria, this role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business, and managing key relationships across the construction industry. You'll work closely with builders, contractors, designers, and industry partners to promote our innovative product range and strengthen brand presence in the market.
This position offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work across multiple states, no borders, just opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across Australia.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, roofers, coldroom and façade contractors.
* Promote and sell insulated building products to drive sales revenue and margin.
* Manage CRM systems and maintain an active project pipeline.
* Collaborate with internal teams and sister company Bondor to maximise opportunities.
* Prepare monthly sales reports and contribute to market insights.
* Represent Metecno PIR at key industry events and associations.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in sales or business development within construction materials.
* Proven success in relationship management and achieving sales targets.
* Strong understanding of building standards, thermal performance, and the NCC.
* Tech-savvy and confident using CRM and project tools (e.g. BCI, EstimateOne).
* Strategic, self-motivated, and commercially minded.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.
