**Human Resources Coordinator**
Sheraton Grand Sydney is looking to expand the team with a part time HR Coordinator.
This role will suit someone with fantastic admin skills, ability to prioritize different tasks and loves helping people.
It will be Part Time, 3 days a week in the office. Focusing on supporting the HR Team with all admin based tasks.
**Position Summary**:
- Responsible for the co-ordination of the HR activities, programs and initiatives - creating a space for associates to gather and belong
- Be the main point of contact for all recruitment needs of the hotel whilst following Marriott's talent acquisition requirements
- Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Support the team with TakeCare events and activities, creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.
- Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
