Responsibilities
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to perfection
Operating and maintaining commercial coffee machines and grinders
Managing daily setup, cleaning, and closing of coffee equipment and workstations
Delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
Assisting with food and beverage service as required
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the drive-thru
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Previous barista experience with strong coffee-making skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and speed
A positive attitude and strong customer service focus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
