Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality interactions with external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences by using initiative and sound judgement
* Support the operation of customer service branches across a local government area
* Perform financial transactions, manage cash handling, receipting, and banking processes
* Ensure accurate data input and records management using Council databases and software packages
* Provide general administrative support requiring sound judgement, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity
Requirements:
* Valid Class C Driver Licence or willingness to obtain
* Ability to provide high-quality customer service in accordance with best practice
* Strong communication skills and adaptability
* A team player who can use initiative to promote community programs and services
