As a Group Leader you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring students through transformative learning experiences. These programs, ranging from 3 to 12 days, take place across diverse environments and include a variety of adventure-based activities.
You will work closely with School staff to support the delivery of meaningful learning outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a holistic educational vision that values learning beyond the classroom.
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking individuals who are:
- Experienced: At least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within a K-12 or educational setting.
- Passionate: A strong advocate for experiential learning and outdoor education.
- Supportive: Able to assist in the planning and delivery of programs and provide leadership on extended expeditions (5+ days).
- Safety-Focused: Skilled in risk identification and management across various settings.
- Emotionally Intelligent: Able to build strong, positive relationships with students and staff.
- Professional: Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a commitment to high standards.
