We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Gladstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical teams across site works, ensuring compliance with safety standards, planning and coordinating maintenance activities, and delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and support electrical teams to achieve project and maintenance goals
- Ensure all work complies with safety policies, JHAs, IMS requirements, and recognised codes/standards
- Plan and manage weekly resource requirements, including labour, subcontractors, and materials procurement
- Oversee workshop activities, subcontractor performance, and schedule of rates work
- Assist with cost estimates, project bids, progress claims and budget control
- Review and approve timesheets, labour, and materials for invoicing
- Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with clients, management, and team members
- Participate in safety, progress, hazard meetings. Report hazards and enforce compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project quality and client satisfaction to foster long term relationships
- Contribute to continuous improvement by engaging with issue / action systems and business processes
Candidates must have
- Current QLD Electrical License (Unrestricted)
- Demonstrated experience in electrical supervision within industrial sites
- Strong maintenance planning and coordination skills
- Instrumentation experience highly regarded
- Current CPR/LVR
- Current Construction Induction Card
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug & alcohol testing
- Must be a local resident of Gladstone area to be considered
