Our organisation's customers aren't happy. A reputation is damaged. New policies haven't met their objectives. The HR department hasn't kept up with rapid business expansion. There are numerous challenges in everyday and long-term planning – as a consultant, you'll help solve problems within cross-functional teams who can truly assess issues and develop solutions meeting clients' long-term goals.
The work itself is varied depending on your team and the client, so expect to build knowledge of several industries and businesses. You might be assessing and advising on supply chain processes, evaluating whether services or programs were successful, developing strategic business plans, improving customer and operational efficiencies, or driving change initiatives to help clients adapt to market demands. Researching and report writing are big parts of your role.
On projects, the team will often consist of colleagues from multiple disciplines and backgrounds, bringing diverse ideas to the table. Sometimes, forensic accountants may work alongside environmental specialists and change and communications professionals.
We run two rounds of recruitment: main intake (now closed) and rolling intake. We aim to fill available roles through the main intake but things change and new opportunities emerge. Applying to the rolling intake means your application will be reviewed when a suitable position becomes available.
