About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee all housekeeping operations at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day housekeeping function across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency. You will lead and mentor a large team, implement quality control procedures, and work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the housekeeping team across all hotel areas
• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards
• Manage daily room allocations, inspections, and housekeeping operations
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping team members
• Manage labour costs, productivity targets, and departmental budgets
• Maintain inventory control for linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with WHS and hotel safety standards
• Work collaboratively with Front Office, Maintenance, and management teams
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
About You:
• Proven experience in a senior housekeeping leadership role within a hotel environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
• Excellent organisational and operational management abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
