About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are looking for a Vehicle Detailer, to join the team and work at our Southport branch, where you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are maintained and presented to the highest quality for our customers.
This role is a permanent full-time role working Monday – Friday from 8am till 4pm with flexibility to work public holidays and additional hours as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Cleaning & Presentation - Perform interior cleaning and exterior washing to ensure vehicles meet company presentation standards.
- Vehicle Checks & Preperation - Conduct pre-rental inspections checking the fuel level, odometre, tyre pressure / condition and windscreen.
- On Site Operations - Moving vehicles safely around the yard, washbay and parking areas.
- Documentation & Reporting - Identification of damage, mechanical issues or safety concerns. Reporting maintenance and service needs.
- Safety & Compliance - Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, utilise PPE as required and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Customer Service - Assist with vehicle handovers or returns, providing professional and friendly support when interacting with customers.
- Stock & Equipment Management - Monitor product levels and notify the manager when stock levels are low, maintain tools and equipment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Valid Open Drivers Licence, with no restrictions and a good driving record is mandatory. MR or HR licence is highly regarded.
- Reliable transport to get to and from work.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
