We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activities for our client's diverse coronary intervention portfolio!

This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a clinically sophisticated environment, excels at building strong relationships with cardiologists and hospital stakeholders, and can drive sustainable growth across a competitive territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Leadership & Strategy

* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and growth targets.
* Analyse market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
* Forecast sales performance and manage regional budgets effectively.

Customer Engagement & Clinical Partnership

* Build trusted relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
* Provide product expertise and procedural support during coronary interventions as needed.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations, clinical evidence presentations, and value‐based discussions.

Team Management

* Lead, coach, and develop a high‐performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular field visits, joint customer calls, and performance reviews.
* Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members.

Cross‐Functional Collaboration

* Partner with marketing, medical affairs, and training teams to execute regional initiatives.
* Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and efficient logistics.
* Support clinical trials, evaluations, and product launches within the region.

Compliance & Reporting

* Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and territory analyses.
* Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and professional events.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within interventional cardiology or cardiovascular technologies.
* Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or regional management role.
* Strong understanding of coronary anatomy, PCI procedures, and cath lab workflows.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence clinical stakeholders, and drive strategic growth.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field (preferred).
