This is an exciting chance to lead a fantastic Aboriginal Medical Service in the Northern Territory as their Chief Operating Officer. As an experienced leader with a passion for improving health outcomes in remote communities, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to translate strategic vision into operational success.
You will oversee day-to-day administration, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure services are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with the organisation's mission and values.
The key responsibilities include leading operational planning, systems implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation, accreditation standards, and internal policies, driving workforce development, performance management, and a culture of safety and accountability, collaborating on financial planning, resource management, and capital investment strategies, and representing the organisation in strategic partnerships and advocating for health equity.
