**Newly created opportunity for a Digital Content Editor to join the collaborative Digital Service Design team of a high-profile and highly regarded National Regulatory Body.**
Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Digital Service Design, you will **play a key role working with stakeholders to design and deliver user-centric content and experiences across internal and external digital channels and systems.**
This is initially a 7 month labour hire contract and an opportunity to showcase your seasoned digital communication skills. Central Canberra or Melbourne location with flexibility to work 2 days from home. Attractive hourly rate negotiable commensurate with experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver user-centric content and experiences across internal and external digital channels and systems
- Content writing and editing on digital platforms, including Drupal and Sharepoint
- Deliver quality user experiences aligned with the Digital Service Standard
- Work with and educate stakeholders to deliver content based on best-practice writing styles
- Partner with technical and communications teams
Knowledge of e-marketing and social media an advantage.
**What we are looking for**:
- At least three years' experience working in digital communications (web content editing and publishing) in a government or corporate environment, ideally with skills and experience in Drupal CMS, SharePoint, or at least two comparable content management systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience in working with stakeholders and customers to deliver best practice digital content solutions
- Experience in using analytics tools to interpret and analyse data such as customer feedback and digital interaction patterns highly regarded
