About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team on a fixed-term contract. This role is a unique opportunity to play a key part in delivering compassionate, high-quality support across a range of clinical administration, patient care and team collaboration tasks.
You will be working closely with doctors, nurses, and our patient support teams to ensure every patient receives efficient, thoughtful care and support.
* Liaise with clinic teams and doctors to support seamless patient care
* Manage treatment letter requests (e.g. travel, workplace, court, discharge)
* Assist with escalations, including prescription issues, complaints, pharmacy and doctor escalations
* Patient follow-ups, risk assessments and rebookings
* Patient Support, including booking assistance, documentation, and system uploads
* Supporting Doctors: triage Slack channels, monitor inboxes, and upload documents
* Provide non-judgmental, patient-centred care under RN supervision
* Maintain accurate and timely medical records
* Collaborate with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
* Telehealth or virtual care experience highly desirable
* Background in mental health or medicinal cannabis preferred but not essential
* Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great time management and the ability to prioritise in a busy, dynamic environment
* Attention to detail with clinical and legal documentation
