At PICA, we're on the hunt for a highly skilled Strata Manager Assistant to join our Sunshine Coast branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your knowledge and skills in strata management, working closely with our talented team of Strata Managers. You'll be responsible for assisting with the delivery of professional strata management services to our clients, including repairs, maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
As a key member of our team, you'll engage with committee members, provide information, and handle situations related to building schemes. You'll also maintain documents and records, prepare meeting minutes and agendas, and attend AGM or committee meetings as required.
Our ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable attitude, excellent administration skills, and experience with Microsoft. They'll be able to problem-solve, think creatively, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

* Experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate is ideal but not essential.
