New Home Sales Consultant Opportunity
About the role We are a reputable builder with a history of delivering high-quality homes. We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to oversee all sales processes across the Orange, Parkes & Forbes regions.
Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager, you will be well-versed in consulting with clients and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying customers' needs and determining products that meet their requirements to build their dream home
* Understanding various blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility
* Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Establishing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
* Maintaining consistent market research to stay updated on the housing industry
The ideal candidate will also be a driven, sales-oriented professional who is comfortable making house call appointments and managing relationships throughout the sales process. You will excel at bringing your clients' projects to life.
We are looking for someone with:
* A strong track record in a sales environment with a passion for customer service
* Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
* Knowledge of the building industry and architectural plans (optional)
* Ability to build lasting relationships
* Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
* Ability to work weekends as needed
