This dynamic law firm is looking for a new all-rounder to come onboard as their dedicated Office Manager

**Your new company**
Our client, a busy property, commercial litigation, and migration law firm on the Gold Coast is seeking a new Office Manager to join their team. This is a permanent full-time role and requires a strong all-rounder with at least some previous law firm experience in a similar role. It's a rare position and a great opportunity to join a close-knit team.

**Your new role**
This exciting opportunity will be supporting the wider team of solicitors and paralegals of the firm and ensuring policies and procedures are being met correctly. You will liaise very closely with internal staff members and help grow the firm's culture. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own and this is a very diverse position. Duties include:

- Managing the practice's Trust Accounts (using LEAP), drawing cheques and preparing receipts
- Document control and maintaining records
- Drafting document precedents
- Review and compliance with legislative and regulatory bodies
- General administration and office support
- File management
- HR duties such as improving the firm culture and interviewing potential new staff members

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as an Office Manager in a Law Firm
- Experience with legal Trust Accounting is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Leadership attributes
- Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
- Corporate presentation and professional attitude
- Impeccable attention to details
