Your role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your mission is to run a safe, organised, and reliable operation. This is a role that is hands‐on, people‐focused and for a leader who sets clear standards, supports their team and keeps things moving calmly even when priorities change. You will report to the Logistics Manager.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Leading day‐to‐day warehouse operations, ensuring parts and equipment are available accurately and on time
* Creating a safe, structured, and well‐organised warehouse environment where standards are clear and followed
* Supporting and developing your team through coaching, clear expectations, and fair leadership
* Working closely with service planners, workshop teams, and operations to align priorities and enable service delivery
* Using systems and data to drive accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Experience leading or supervising a warehouse, stores, or logistics team
* A safety‐first mindset you lead by example and care about people going home safe
* Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly
* A collaborative approach you communicate clearly and build trust across teams
* Confidence using ERP/WMS systems and processes (SAP experience is an advantage)

Job location
This role requires you to work on‐site at our office in Blacktown, NSW. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face‐to‐face collaboration.
