We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team.
* Cultivate a positive work environment, prioritizing excellent customer service and driving sales performance.
* Develop strong product knowledge and assist store managers in maintaining stock levels, visual merchandising, and health and safety standards.
* Provide support to regional managers during absences, managing staff rosters, sales achievement, stock, and expenses.
The ideal candidate will embody our values, model outstanding customer service, and have a passion for mentoring others. They will work rotational weekend shifts, including late night trade, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
