Global client requires a permanent System Administrator to join a busy team supporting multiple systems.Working within the Service Operations team, the System Administrator will monitor and manager day-to-day operations to ensure all systems, support activities and products are maintained.Responsibilities:Handle complex incident managementMonitor and manage day-to-day service operations to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and processesCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage service requests and ensure adherence to SLAsAnalyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in service processesDevelop and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize service disruptionsCollaborate with technical teams to address product-related service issues and recommend improvementsConduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and work with problem management to implement solutionsEnsure documentation is up to date for all operational processes, incidents, and service management workflowsRequired Skills & Experience:A minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a System Administrator roleExperience in either Network, Linux or Application/System supportMust have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.Broad understanding of server systems, Linux commands or network administrationExcellent communication skillsIncident, problem and change management
