About The Role
Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our rapid-paced clinic located at Footscray Western Private, as well as working at Williamstown, Altona and Werribee. This is a full-time position.
As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
* Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, skilled, and confidential manner
* Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
* Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
* Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
* Enter and update patient registration details
* Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have

* Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
