Role Description
This is a part‐time, on‐site Psychologist role based at our new location in Epping, VIC. The Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, formulate case conceptualisations, and develop evidence‐based treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering individual therapy and counselling, maintaining accurate clinical records, and monitoring client progress. The role involves collaborating with families, schools, GPs, and other health professionals to support client outcomes. The Psychologist will also contribute to a supportive team environment, participate in supervision and professional development, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence‐based interventions across diverse presentations.
* Demonstrated skills in Counseling and therapeutic engagement with individuals of different ages and backgrounds.
* Proficiency in Psychological Assessment, including intake, risk assessment, diagnosis (where appropriate), and report writing.
* Understanding of Medicine‐adjacent concepts, including collaboration with GPs, psychiatrists, and other medical professionals to support integrated care.
* Registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Psychologist with AHPRA; endorsement or interest in clinical, educational, or counselling psychology is beneficial.
* High‐level communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a client‐centred and culturally sensitive approach.
* Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, managing a consistent caseload.
