About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, high-performing Business Development professional to sell HR & Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to SMEs (5-50 employees). This role is ideal for someone passionate about new business development, with no industry experience required—just energy, ambition, and a conservative sales approach. We provide comprehensive training, including a full induction at our Sydney HQ to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily activities.
* Attend sales appointments booked by Telemarketing and self-generated.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Meet with potential introducers and referral partners.
* Manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What You Bring
* At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (industry experience not required).
* Confidence in value-based and consultative selling.
* Ability to sell to diverse audiences, including Business Owners, Boards, and HR Managers.
