* Manage a well‐maintained 160-property portfolio with outstanding support
* Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
* Oversee lease renewals and arrears management
* Deliver high‐level service with a team behind you every step of the way
What we are looking for:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Strong problem‐solving skills and confidence in your knowledgeA collaborative, team‐focused attitude
