Responsibilities
* Work closely with nursing, medical, and allied health teams to support administrative processes and facilitate efficient workflow.
* Coordinate schedules and ensure timely submission of required forms and reports.
* Liaise with the psychiatry team to prepare and organize documentation for Mental Health Tribunal hearings.
* Maintain awareness of relevant legislative requirements and compliance standards.
* Ensure all legal paperwork is accurate, complete, and up to date in accordance with the Mental Health Act.
* Monitor and answer doorbells, ensuring smooth access control and visitor management.
* Attend to incoming phone calls and respond promptly to inquiries.
Essential Criteria
* Experience in an acute patient-focused healthcare facility/hospital.
* Highly developed interpersonal and time‑management skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary work environments.
* Good computer literacy & sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
* Track record of providing great service and customer experience.
* Strong interpersonal communication and report‑writing skills.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
