Disability Support Workers – Peel Region
A rewarding opportunity to join a leading NDIS service provider in WA, supporting clients with diverse and sometimes complex needs to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll be part of a passionate, experienced, and well‐established team committed to delivering high‐quality, person‐centred support. Your work will make a meaningful difference every day.
We have a range of shifts available — including active overnight and weekend shifts — across Monday to Sunday in the following areas:
* Coolup
* Greenfields
* Mandurah
* Rockingham
* Kwinana
We are seeking Disability Support Workers who:
* Have experience or a strong interest in supporting clients with complex needs, including complex bowel care and manual handling. Full client-specific training and ongoing support will be provided. A willingness to perform personal care is essential.
* Are experienced or keen to learn in supporting clients with challenging behaviours. Comprehensive training, behaviour support guidance, and team support will be provided.
* Have availability for afternoon shifts (between 2pm and 10pm), active overnight shifts, and weekend work. These shifts attract the appropriate penalty rates. There may also be opportunities to work across additional teams to increase fortnightly hours.
A Snapshot of Your Day as a Disability Support Worker
* Social support in both home and community settings
* Supporting clients to attend appointments and activities
* Assisting with medication administration
* Helping clients with cooking, cleaning, and everyday household tasks — the small things truly make a big difference
* Providing personal care when required, including showering, dressing, and grooming
What You'll Need (Our Must‐Haves)
* A genuine passion for supporting people with complex needs
* Verification of primary course of COVID‐19 vaccination (or willingness to obtain) — MyGov COVID‐19 Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain after interview)
* NDIS Orientation Module Certificate (completed online as part of your application)
* Current Australian C‐Class Driver's Licence with no restrictions
* A reliable, roadworthy, licensed, and (third party minimum) insured vehicle
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain after interview)
