As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns, driving autonomous management, and shaping strategic tweaks in budget allocations, keyword strategy, and creative testing.
Key Responsibilities
 * Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, PMax, and YouTube
 * Independently manage budgets, bid strategies, and campaign structures
 * Lead optimisations using campaign-specific metrics and testing frameworks
 * Conduct keyword research and ensure shopping feeds follow best practice
 * Audit and maintain accurate conversion tracking setups
 * Monitor performance, interpret wider data sets, GA4, Shopify attribution tools, and present actionable insights
 * Join and lead client calls, presenting clear data-driven recommendations
 * Collaborate with creative and landing page teams to improve performance
 * Troubleshoot feed errors or tracking gaps before escalation
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * 2+ years managing Google Ads in an agency or high-growth ecommerce environment
 * Hands-on experience with Search, Shopping, Display, PMax, and YouTube campaigns
 * Strong analytical ability to interpret trends and apply optimisation frameworks
 * Solid understanding of GA4 attribution and feed management
 * Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
 * Curiosity-driven mindset, eager to learn, share knowledge, and ask smart questions
 * Passion for ecommerce growth and performance marketing
